The top tool for the 4 th year running is Twitter, with both YouTube (2 nd ) and Google Docs (aka Google Drive) (3 rd ) retaining their places for the 3 rd year in succession. This includes: - a shareable slideset, (via Slideshare), which I have embedded below. - Once again the list is dominated by free online social tools.

In this year’s list, Twitter retains its no 1 position – now for the 5 th year running – then comes Google Drive/Docs at #2.
