If you want a TM system, which aligns more with an HCM, then sure look at Oracle, but if you are going towards this product for the LMS, learning angle – then pass. BTW, down in another category, you will see a new trend whereas TM systems are starting to add learning. Oracle was an early adopter, so there’s that.
