The course will be developed using a Lectora-style system that produces what is essentially an HTML/javascript page turner. The module will be created, learners will diligently take the module, completion will be recorded and no one will learn a thing! I've done a 13-module, self-paced, Flash-based soft skills course with approximately 10-12 interactive exercises in each module, including branching videos and a variety of other things for around that price.

HTML still has weaknesses - not self defined. Colloboration/social media & MOOCs and the future of learning Social media in business - 3 types of software people use Bloomfire, YaMma, Needs buy in from top - if CEO does it people follow. Social media is really good for company relations but not traditional eLearning as can't be quantified. Collaboration, Social media and MOOCs – the future of learning? Should create mini-modules within own course.
