Twine to SCORM with Udutu Udutu can package a zipped HTML file into a SCORM file. While the basics of the tool can be learned quickly, it has the power to handle more complex stories than almost anything we create for L&D.

I don’t really care how you prototype: it can be PPT, raw html, whatever. Apparently Udutu is free to author in, and there are lots of tools out there, SmartBuilder, Lectora, etc. For production, there are lots of tools out there.

Systems that come in cheap or say they are free or look like they just learned java and HTML. Udutu LMS – Their price point is fair value – actually it is very inexpensive. To be honest, go with Stream LXP – it has many of the LP features in it anyway. Sunset Learning Pool the LMS already. Let alone perhaps customers.
