The key idea is that employees can take as much vacation time as they want — as long as they get their work done. Office space. In contrast with that, even cubicles look good.

We are training people know that in a quick guide or training materials, we often include icons such as “a light bulb&# for an idea or whatever. the Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, External blog, IM connections – Yahoo, AIM, etc., Your Profile.

WikiPatterns is a great place to go for ideas around this. Privacy / Confidentiality - Limit the visibility. So, yes, you have to set up policies and alert people just like you do around any form of electronic communication (email, IM). No problems getting things here. Still, be careful about overselling the amount of adoption.
