Gives me an idea of who to talk to. Mel Aclaro - Business Casual Mel has a lot of interesting topics, but clearly a lot around social topics ( Social Media , Social Networks , LinkedIn , Twitter , RSS , Social Network , Facebook ), but keep him in mind for Streaming , Privacy , and Internationalization.

The idea is to give your employees a look at the real-world consequences that can happen. It is also a good idea to consider a test out option to move to the next level. Maybe they already know quite a bit about HIPPA privacy practices, but not so much about physical safeguards. 2 Keep it Relevant. 3 Use Real-World Simulations.

WikiPatterns is a great place to go for ideas around this. Privacy / Confidentiality - Limit the visibility. Barriers I then asked everyone to call out what they saw as their biggest barriers to getting adoption. No problems getting things here. Still, be careful about overselling the amount of adoption. Not sure what else was implied.

And then the second thing, which I learned in my consulting days is just because someone's really enthusiastic about your idea, and someone thinks it's so great, I love it, I want to implement it—doesn't mean that they're the decision maker. Just because someone's really enthusiastic about your idea. Don't do it in July.
