Last heard ADL calls this new standard the Experience API? (on ADL, IEEE and many people and businesses talking about this technology call it xAPI. If anyone was going to address mobile, social media, games, simulations or any other use cases, it would need to be outside of SCORM. By 2008-2009, SCORM Version 1.2 might address.
