Here is a list of LMS vendors who offer online/offline synchronization via a mobile device, although there are a few who offer this but only via a laptop/desktop). While there were some things that made me think, uh oh, for the most part it has potential – especially in the education/academia space – for the online components, not ILT. Thus, having additional insight, information and tools to help you acquire a greater depth of knowledge for the industry is an important component of the site. If they are in education e-learning they should know the differences between synchronous based learning and asynchronous based (I can state unequivocally, that I have known established vendors who are misinformed about ABL and thus do not know the difference).
