Thus, I focused on at least 50% for Tier 5 (although the higher the better, but even today, vendors are still a work in progress on these items), 85% or higher for Tier 4, 100% Tier 3. I won’t say who the vendor is, but they are big into adaptive learning and push that as the key for their system. Every item received points.

When see the template you are going to be like “this is a lot of features and categories, no vendor will complete all of this.” Vendors who gripe, clearly have never experienced a 10 page or more RFI/RFP (and high page RFPs are common). . Some vendors are very open on what was the initial data set, others less so.

LMSs – Finally vendors took notice. Authoring Tools – With only a small sample of vendors that are SaaS based, pickings are slim. Frankly a few deserve coal in their stockings. I am quite amazed at the number of vendors who really have zero idea on what the terminology of online/offline synchronization.
