I have never taken a class in pedagogy. My current business card says Im a "Manager of Instructional Design". I was a classroom assistant and lead teacher at a trade school for adult learners -- very hands-on (quite literally -- its massage therapy). And now Im here -- "Manager of Instructional Design." And yet here I am.
