When I spoke with Adobe support regarding the issue, I was informed that the recording file in Microsoft PowerPoint uses the m4a file format. Captivate only uses the wav and mp3 file format. by Kevin Siegel, CTT+, COTP. We received the following distress email a few days ago: I am using your workbook ( Adobe Captivate 2017: The Essentials ) and I'm in Module 11: Working with PowerPoint. I have a PowerPoint (presentation) I created with voice recording.
