There are two sides of the innovation coin in corporate learning & development: technology and pedagogy. The former is rather obvious and is often conflated with the term innovation. So it was with much surprise that, upon starting my new role in a global bank, charged with innovating its learning & development offering, I encountered the reverse! Not to introduce innovative ideas, but to make them happen.
