For example, I was able to Tweet live from the event, firstly with the standard Twitter application on my Safari web browser.

iTunes has different code–not standard RSS XML. Technical Standards. Most people at their university use media players, not iPods. RSS feed: can do the XML yourself. Or just use something that provides it automatically–I wouldn’t want to mess with this regularly. Feedburner for RSS. Captions for videos.
