Someone at LTG should score a raise for going up to their boss or being the boss and saying let’s look at buying Rustici. For me, GO1’s track record is mixed regarding buys. And yes, folks running Training and L&D would take that data via the evaluation, and compute numbers to track the trends (or they should have) and what worked and didn’t work, based on the data. Learn.com – They came a bit later, but there is a good story, and yes, they still exist. Learn.com started out as an LMS.

Total number of vendors that do (out of 690 that I now track), less than 15. I feel bad for the folks who were learn.com, then thought Taleo would improve it, then Oracle. Couple of clean up items for those keeping track. Not every vendor mind you will state this, but a few have and still do. But I digress. Saba Learning.

17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. It's why I often try to convince people to not Lead with an LMS. That seems like a disconnect. Does a Learner WANT an LMS?

As far as I know, I am the only analyst who tracks over 511 systems and watches what is going on constantly. Can you track to see who opened the e-mail notifications and who did not? To score a lower price point, provide estimates on how many users will be in year two and year three. Do you want a wait-list?
