Interestingly, it's Xyleme - an LCMS vendor that is sponsoring the site. Closely related will be outsourced, especially off-shore content creation. Production of content into eLearning is becoming much more of a commodity. Put this all together and video is going to really take off as part of learning solutions.

Could some or all of it be repurposed into a blended learning format for better outcomes (supplemental microlearning, on-the-job activities, sneak peek preview videos)? TIP: If you offshore anything, make it production work, not strategic upfront work like needs assessment, asset inventory, and program design. Use What You Have.
