Learning Systems RFP and Tier4 NexGen

eLearning 24-7

I note this, because this post covers my new Learning Systems RFP Template , which includes the latest NexGen Tier 4 feature sets. Why one RFP instead of specific ones for LXP and LMS? When see the template you are going to be like “this is a lot of features and categories, no vendor will complete all of this.” This is far better than them receiving a 20 page RFP or 100 page RFP. It is a new term in the e-learning space. .

The blog will remain E-Learning 24/7 as will my Linkedin group. . The book goes on sale the first week of October and will be an ebook only. As a bonus – buyers will receive my newest LMS RFP template (not available to others at this time), and access into a special site off the blog, with some very cool stuff. What many people failed to realize is that they were referring to companies, such as Badgeville, which are outside of the e-learning space.

EdCast vs Degreed vs Fuse – The Analysis

eLearning 24-7

How do you explain why these three vendors were selected, how the process for analysis was conducted, and what are the results? Why these three vendors? From the vendors themselves and even in conducting my own research into vendor comparisons. Learning Environment.

Before diving into our semi-annual, readers question and answer, I’d like to talk about a subject near and dear to me – acquisitions. In the past few months, many of you probably have noticed a slight uptick in to the number of vendors who have been acquired either by another vendor in the market, or outside of the e-learning space or even a Private Equity firm. From my experience, vendors do have some options. Learn Amp. E-Learning 24/7.

Who really wins?

eLearning 24-7

We learn it whenever we play or involved with athletics. We learn it in business, especially sales. We learn it with today’s gamification – I mean there is only one person at the top, the rest are beneath them. . I mention this, because in the e-learning world, there are winners and losers, albeit we do not call the vendors who lose out to a deal with a customer or an opportunity, losers. Vendor is in the house. As the vendor.

What is an LXP and why do I want one?

eLearning 24-7

These two vendors are EdCast and Degreed. Getting back to being unaware, I find the same issue with a few vendors in the learning system space who are really LXPs, but have no idea. It reminded me of the vendors in the space who scream they are not an LMS, even though they hit all the standards of an LMS. . The difference here though, is that those two vendors specifically, really had ZERO idea where they slid into. Trends in the LXP Space.

My topic for those curious, deals with the after – you buy your LMS/Learning System. Anyway, if you are attending #ATD2018 and planning on hitting the expo floor looking for your next learning system (including LMS), it seems appropriate to offer some tips, to help you on your journey. Types of Learning Systems

There is no better place to see this then our fine world of e-learning, which was devised to be an umbrella term for everything that is well, online learning. An LMS thus is under e-learning. e-learning. e-learning. Nowadays though, vendors have changed the message to mean e-learning as in e-learning courses and not an umbrella term. . On the learning system side, I see it all too well. Micro-learning platforms? Learn Amp.

As a survivor of the dot.com days, I have noted that we in the e-learning space are for all the sense of the approach back in the dot.com days from a mentality perspective. On the e-learning front, who can forget the darling Grovo and its 73M plus of funds from equity firms and alike? I know of vendors whose burn rates are well, bad, but who are seen by folks as darlings. 26 Kalllidus Learn – LMS, strong in the supermarket space. #25
