For months I’ve been telling folks that if they want to learn how to build outstanding courses, they should surf deep into the search engines, locate the information and begin their learning experience. I felt that having awards only for learning systems, wasn’t enough, because off-the-shelf content plays a huge role. In all seriousness, without content you wouldn’t need a learning system of any sort, just give folks binders of paper (like the old days). As such, micro-learning is not an award category.
