I don’t care if you are using an Enterprise version of an LLM, AI bias can occur Hallucinations – One vendor in our space, identifies it as a mistake (when folks are starting to use the generative AI. I am still trying to wrap my head around this system, whereas learning is a module and whereas folks use SF for learning. Majority of learning systems out there, at least in LMS space, can integrate quite nicely with Oracle. More learning systems are coming into the market compared to leaving.

What some folks will do, vendor wise, is tie-in the skills driven angle with their system itself or within the KRT. When a vendor does this, the “must complete it” it tells me they were/are unaware of why WBT and online learning was designed in the first place. MindTickle is far superior.
