Not uncommon with some companies that own two different learning system brands if you will, but in this case, it seemed that SumTotal was the driver and Skillsoft the secondary. . And yes, there were salespeople who ignored the buy content get Skillport for free, by selling it, on top of a client buying the Skillsoft content. .

There are plenty of other “LMS” vendors who pitch learning under HR or as a true component of HR). Skillsoft at this present time, does not sell Skillport as a separate LMS. . but I would be shocked if it was 2% (partially due to the number of LMSs, learning systems or whatever they want to call it, in the industry. .

This is a tough one, because honestly there are a lot of average learning systems at HR Tech. The same course provider whose own LMS, Skillport is either a toss in (usually the case) or is sold to customers (I saw a contract where – Skillsoft charged the customer for it). SuccessFactors.
