Learning Pool Wins Gold for Learning Designer and Learning Developer of the Year at Learning Technologies Awards 2023

We are delighted to have received the Gold Awards for ‘Learning Designer of the Year’ and ‘Learning Developer of the Year’ at the Learning Technologies Awards 2023.

The Learning Technologies Awards are the industry’s most independent and sought-after awards. They recognize commitment, enthusiasm and passion for learning technologies across the world. Finalists are selected by an independent judging panel of experts organized by the eLearning Network.

Described as an “innovative thinker bursting with creative ideas”, Learning Pool’s Senior Learning Designer, Lisa McGeady won the Gold award for ‘Learning Designer of the Year’. Joining the business in 2018, Lisa has been responsible for some of Learning Pool’s largest and most ambitious content projects, including Cisco, Reckitt and EcoVadis

Senior Graphic Designer, Jo Ly also scooped a Gold award for ‘Learning Developer of the Year’. Most notably, Jo was the lead designer on the award-winning Shift Manager Training program designed for Lidl GB. Winning Bronze for ‘Best Learning Technologies Project – Commercial Sector’ at the Learning Technologies Awards 2022 as well as Gold for ‘External Learning Solution of the Year’ at The Learning Awards 2023, the custom project for Lidl GB included a series of novel interactions designed by Jo that kept each new learning experience fresh and unique for learners.
