When I asked about the other way of the courses build for MOOC (the standard way), they never completed them. It won’t match the power of say Storyline or Lectora, since they are authoring tool companies, whose primary focus is authoring. If you offer mini- modules within each course, you will have students who bypass and go right to assessment (assuming you have one). . How many of us have read it, see n it or heard it in the media?
