Collaboration – How much longer are AT vendors going to push this out as “new”? Lots of Templates – No longer satisfied with ten, now many vendors are offering extensive list of templates. HTML5 output – Any vendor that doesn’t add HTMl5 output should be green with envy. Social – Snooze.

Bewildered on what is happening, why what is needed isn’t appearing as it should, and how is it possible that something so obvious based on where e-learning is heading, mobile is pushing and future tech is inspiring is lost among so many vendors? And therein lies one of the issues, that is showing up with many, many vendors.

Course standards include xAPI and PENS, besides the standards of SCORM. . They have partnerships with a few LMS vendors whereas you can purchase their courses via that LMS. I am aware of at least one vendor who includes five courses at no additional charge into their LMS. Best Custom Course Provider from an LMS Vendor.

Many LMS vendors make bold claims about the quality of customer support they deliver. Beyond simply asking a vendor about hours and channels covered, you should assess how equipped they are to respond to the common content issues that may arise. But those issues will vary from vendor to vendor.
