have you looked at the model of the Public Library of Science journals and found insurmountable issues there? If you find something, just tag it with kurt+lewin to add it to the mix. Have you researched Open Access Journals and found that model to be wanting? Faculty are paid by their schools. Well I guess its true.freedom isnt free.
