Long Tail Blogging is Dying?

Just read an article in the Guardian The long tail of blogging is dying (Found via Donald Clark ). out of the 133m blogs it tracks had been updated in the past 120 days. Because of eLearning Learning , I track eLearning blogs closely. I'm sure that this will continue to change, but I would question the notion that long tail blogging is dying.

Qualified or not, I must recommend David's book as a fascinating insight into myriad of ways in which technology is changing the way that new artists are discovered and these discoveries shared, with the effect that the 'long tail' really is wagging the (major label) dog.
