Ranking, tagging, top stories Tags link back to the tagger's BluePages profile IBM owns more than 50 islands in Second Life. Then, maybe open it up to subject matter experts. Wouldn't you rather have it out in the open? I've not really seen good examples of business cases (future ROI) for using these tools.
