The vendor whom you bought it from, gets acquired by another vendor (who you dislike or decided is not a fit) and now you are stuck for all those five years. Vendors always want you to sign for more than three-years.

You should ideally have at least 10 or if you have less, then you also will have an actual 3rd party content aggregator such as GO1 or Open Sesame or both. For example, GO1 has provided five courses/content in the past for free for some vendors. Then they are not an LXP.

From a vendor perspective there was a huge impact, but what was odd, is that some vendors still are living in the past, as though, this is a minor blip, and in 2021, everything will go back as it was – corporate wise that is.
