Cynthia uses Twitter for keeping track of bookmarks–lets her tag it with who shared it with her and when to give her context. Gave an example of faculty handbook created with wiki (using MediaWiki). Install behind firewall – One of our tech support guys has experience with PHP and MediaWiki in particular so I am hoping to leverage his experience and install MediaWiki behind the firewall. Our tech support staff tracks all of their tickets through a program called Bridge Track which should make this easy.

I also like to make occasional visits to Google Labs and Adobe Labs to "keep up" with the tech tools they are working on and to test drive any beta versions available. 7) MediaWiki Wiki love. 9) Bugtracker by FogBugz Weve been using this bug tracking software in-house for the last few months. But I like to use it as a simple wireframe tool. I cant program to save my life, but I can create a course flow mockup using PowerPoint that gets my ideas across to those who can make it look really good.
