Our greatest opportunity awaits our design, development, and delivery support in the last three moments of need. They plan to launch a new drug into the sales mix and have requested that we, the highly responsive training department, develop new product training to support the rollout. In a holistic approach to continuous learning, the stakeholders range from the learner, designers, facilitators, managers, mentors, colleagues, help desk, and even clients or customers.
