We are attempting to stay ahead of the curve by allowing our customers to include these tools into a variety of Learning Programs. Both of these could be part of a larger Learning Program that includes more traditional online or ILT based training - all of which are delivered and reported on via the LMS. Meridian KSI.

The WebPad will give employees the ability to have their own web portal that is completely customizable, much like a Facebook or MySpace account. All without need to understand programming code. Meridian KSI. Our LearnCenter even has the ability to upload RSS feeds. This will become useful for mentoring and rapid e-learning!
