Metrics – These will tell you the story of learning. The analytics on CBX, while solid, needs a major UI/UX revamp, and more metrics that align for today’s workforce. Analytics/Metrics still needs a bit more ooomph, but it can stand toe to toe with many others in the space. Metrics out of the box, are a mixed bag.
