14 Mzinga Publisher. GoAnimate – have to attend to find out why – trust me, you will be amazed or will want to hurtle your smartphone on me. Will it replicate those craving for an Authorware return? Absolutely not, but it does offer some punch. Last year, it was in the top ten, but this year drops to #14. Adobe Captivate.

The third track is the approach where the LMS trails another app, as in Mzinga. Some of it also seems to be a mistrust among administrators that they either have the resources and time to filter content (wiki's for example - contributions need to be vetted) or trust that the society will. Will they lose productivity?
