Is it possible to offline bookmarking?

There are two types of ways to bookmark learner progress in Adobe Captivate. One method requires an LMS, while the other does not. However, I believe the project would still need to run inside a browser for the “offline” bookmarking to occur. Here’s a video I did some time ago. That covers these two methods.
