We have to think agile, instant, accessible, contextual, micro-sized, real time… We need to uberize organizational learning. Make it an ongoing effort – Uberization takes away the comfort of creating a one-time product (a course), launching it, and moving on to repeat the process. Uberization comes with a service-mindset.

The app allows you to upload an image or a video, which appears or plays when you scan a real-world trigger with your device’s camera, hence augmenting reality. When I scanned my iPad’s camera over the rose… Voila! I discovered the Aurasma app a while ago, and I’ve been toying around with it to get a sense of how it works.

Built-in scan capability (i.e. for scanning badges, etc.) A minus at this point is the lack of machine learning, but it is on their roadmap for 2019.
