Articulate and the person whose idea recognized that rapid course authoring was the way to go, establishing a considerable market even today, deserved huge kudos and a lot of money—probably got a pen.

Course Standards: Where R We Heading?

CMI-5 is the new player in town (I’ll get to that in a bit). But SCORM is still a dominant player out there and to assume that it is resting in a nice funeral plot or will be, I think is jumping way ahead. But PENS faces those same challenges as the demise of SCORM as related to buy-in. I have mixed feelings on SCORM.
