Choose Your Own Adventure: 6 Steps to Empowered Learner Experiences will discuss why today’s learners don’t want to be pushed into training. They want to choose learning journeys that benefit them directly and in very specific ways, whether being better equipped to do their jobs or improving in less measurable ways such as soft skill development. Based on findings from an SAP Learning Research Program as well as other recent industry research, this session will reveal the six steps in the learner experience cycle that drive the desire to learn, support learning with the right systems, and produce outcomes that inspire people to want to restart the cycle.
