Two things must be done before you begin: First, use AoA Audio Extractor to extract your file from GoToMeeting (or other recording tool) & convert to “WAV”. Note: if your recording tool allows you to export your file automatically to “WAV” you can skip the first step. Step 1: Convert your file to “WAV”. Import Intro WAV.
Adobe Captivate

Although personally I mostly use Adobe Audition to record and edit audio clips for Captivate, this blog will focus only on the Audio features within Captivate. If you import audio, you choose best for the uncompressed WAV-format over MP3. Only wav files can be edited. In the past I have posted several articles about audio.

You can import wav's or mp3's. Personally, I think background music will quickly becomes a distraction (perhaps even an irritant) for your learners, which is why I shy away from it. If you choose Import to , you will be presented with an Import Audio dialog box.
