Select the slide you wish to add the watermark to, go to the “Insert” tab and click “Pictures.”. Now you will need to make the picture transparent. To do this, click on the picture and then on the “Format” tab. Then open the drop-down menu labeled “Corrections”and click “Picture Correction Options.”.

Historically, we’ve published as SWF, but are moving to HTML5 only very soon (not that this is super relevant to the question – just trying to paint the picture of what we do). Note: Sometimes clients will need these for their own LMS as well. My question is around the publishing part.

We've added support for many different file formats like SWF, MP4, WMV and MOV. We snapped some pictures with some fellow TechSmithies having fun with Camtasia's old logos and boxes. Because Articulate Presenter is a Microsoft PowerPoint plug-in, you get the benefit of PowerPoint’s Compress Pictures function. This feature lets you reduce the file size of one or all of the pictures in your presentation. Select the image you want to compress, click the Format tab, and then click Compress Pictures.
