I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. Plateau Performance. Plateau Career and Succession. Plateau Compensation. Front end (what the end user sees) UI – A giant Kudos to Plateau.

You want marketing, I know some sites that will list you. SuccessFactors – Just for those folks to remember, SF is owned by SAP and had acquired Plateau. They haven’t been Plateau for a few years, so stop calling them Plateau – a pet peeve of mine. D2L has an Enterprise version, I wouldn’t use it, I get why they are jumping into Corporate, hint it has to do with money (potential). It’s nearly here.

A lot of great products out there this year, new updates and latest versions; new companies, new services and just some real innovation. Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Learn.com offered some robust SL capabilities, but you have to pay for one of their premium versions to have it. Rather, they expect and receive, the same 100% independent, fair and unbiased approach, with no slant as any other product or provider receives on this site.
