I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. One study on video and engagement shows that video formats can include: Slides—slide presentation with voice-over. A second common format is a slide presentation with voice-over. Instead, engagement seems to plateau again between six to twelve minutes. This version has closed captions, but no audio description.

I as only one voice, hate that. at their Lite version – recording is not included). You can buy so many systems that integrate well with Oracle, so why stay in-house with their own platform? I mean Plateau was really garbage and then SF took it over and made it way better. UI/UX needs a serious overhaul. Outdated.
