Branching Scenarios With PowerPoint

As learning professionals, we have all used Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations for instructor-led training. Some of you may have even used it in combination with tools like Articulate’s Studio, Lectora, iSpring, or any number of add-ons and plug-ins to help create self-paced learning modules. But did you know that you can create an e-learning course complete with branching scenarios using tools that are built right into PowerPoint?

Follow along with me as I demonstrate just how easy it is to add an interaction to your PowerPoint slides using an often overlooked feature.

  • Is there a way to force a PPT to open up in presenter view as soon as you open it up in a LMS?

      Hello, Anne, I believe this will work if you save the file as a PowerPoint Show (.ppsx)
