Lectora has the option to import from PowerPoint so I can still use PowerPoint to storyboard the content. I will be doing a lot of technology training courses so software simulations are very important.

But if you want to develop a highly interactive e-learning course with software simulations and interactive scenarios and assessments, you need to go with installation-based tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate. If they are in the PPT format, you can convert them into PDF files and then import them into Flipbook Maker.
