Honestly, buying SumTotal would make more sense, but nevertheless, it is Saba. The problem though is that sometimes the buys make very little sense from a technology standpoint, and are often about the customers, leaving the original system to be nothing more than a shell of its former self, and a skeleton crew maintaining it. .

The problem with a TDS is that you can easily target solely HR, and thus you start sliding more towards HR needs and reqs, then say L&D for learning. .
