Converting the training session to a video. Once the live session has taken place you should convert the content to a format that can be uploaded into a course in your LMS. GoToTraining, WebEx, and Adobe Connect all record live sessions to video formats, such as mp4. You can do this by using tools like Camtasia or QuickTime (you may need to download a plugin to record both audio and video). If you use a Mac, you can use Quicktime or iMovie.

At home, we can watch a TV program, pause it, and then continue watching it in a different room or on our mobile devices on another day.
