I just pulled a report as part of an LMS Evaluation and saw an interesting pattern: The pattern shows that the larger the audience the lower the satisfaction scores. My guess is that Learning Management Systems that target enterprise solutions and larger audiences will come out lower in LMS Satisfaction surveys.

You say okay, I want all my employee data in one file and all the courses they completed, incomplete, scores, whatever in another file, by their first and last name and whatever Id you used. The process (overall) seems to be standard: Send out RFPs, give each respondent scores on various aspects, shortlist a few, get demonstrations and proposals, compare and award contract. Even though you had a detailed RFP, the chances that the vendor skipped a few things are high as there are almost invariably time constraints in demos.

I never did a RFP nor spent more time than necessary to find a system. Try to avoid using a RFP template. Ask them who would be your point of contact – it may not be the person who is doing the RFP. 17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. Update, Nov. It's why I often try to convince people to not Lead with an LMS. That seems like a disconnect.
