An LRS tracks everything, and you do not need xAPI to have an LRS (so a vendor who says, “Well we do not have xAPI,” doesn’t fly). Vendors tend not to share that info, unless it is in an RFP and even then, I’ve seen plenty who say, “All”, really? Browser agnostic is a misnomer.
