Now, if you want employee learning only, and you go to a vendor who only does customer training, then the initial “use case” rejection (politely) is understandable. The vendor is Skill Jar. On top of that, there are vendors out there who change the type of system, repetitively. One vendor called their system for the longest time a “micro-learning platform” Now? Another vendor calls their system nearly every keyword for SEO purposes (you can see it on their web site). They call it something else.
