The first I want to examine is Saba's new PeopleCloud. 20 Saba Learning Suite. While the pricing is outrageous and the Saba as a whole seems better suited as a HCM, their learning suite is a better alternative than those who want Cornerstone OnDemand. I am quite amazed at the number of vendors who really have zero idea on what the terminology of online/offline synchronization. Synchronization has now been completed. Here is a list of LMS vendors who offer online/offline synchronization via a mobile device, although there are a few who offer this but only via a laptop/desktop).

Tin Can API with online/offline synchronization – AWESOME! M-Learning offers online/offline synchronization. No online/offline synchronization which is bizarre since education is going the way of tablets – including iPad rather than purchasing laptops and desktops. Saba: See SumTotal. Easy to use.

13 Blackboard - What is their to say about the most well known synchronous based platform best suited for education and has a strong core of users in the education market? Curious to know where SumTotal, Cornerstone, Saba and SuccessFactors ended up? Has a YouTube style. #13 It needs more, because we all will expect it. Bottom Line.

Synchronous based learning is ineffective – yet a main approach with EdTech, whereas asynchronous is far better, and widely used in Corporate. . Cornerstone acquired Saba, and Clustree. It is a syllabus and Zoom or whatever web conferencing solution you are calling a flipped classroom. acquired Drops, and Actimo .
