From a vendor perspective there was a huge impact, but what was odd, is that some vendors still are living in the past, as though, this is a minor blip, and in 2021, everything will go back as it was – corporate wise that is. Sorry to disappoint – but it won’t. . that needed a system. I wish everyone would do that.

Vendors saying “have you looked at XYZ” (which is their system). plus all the vendors will be found in FindAnLMS), I do have systems I can recommend based on various criteria. Folks seem fine with the vendor noting how awesome their support is, without extracting any metrics or verifiable data. . I know I have.

Every E-Learning vendor should want your business and treat you as they would want to be treated. Every LMS vendor should have a standard regarding response times, when they receive an inquiry via the internet. I know of one vendor who responds within 30 minutes of receiving an inquiry. Personally a vendor can call their system whatever they want, but there are a few factoids to remember about micro-learning. Cumbersome? Not so much. You tell me, is that a good thing?
