I found that if people knew the trainer was an employee, the scores tended to be higher – due to the fear that the person would be fired if the scores were low. SumTotal – Today? Owned by SumTotal – who ruined it, because by then it was GeoLearning Maestro (not that great). Yet, very popular.

Has a strong deep learning capability with an algorithm (a requirement), but the nice plus is that the admin can change the weights/points and what is and is not required/completed to achieve (some vendors require you to complete content/courses to score plus in the algorithm, thankfully Saba does not). Access competes well against SuccessFactors, SumTotal, Kallidus and Talent LMS. #9 In my template they scored very high on the features tab. APIs should work without any problems.

Highest score on my feature template of any vendor in these rankings. 16 SumTotal Learning Management – Heavily skewed towards employees, can go B2B/B2C, but I wouldn’t buy them for customer education. . #17 Jasper has to go. .

Maybe you scored it via Wiley, but in many possibilities you purchased the content thru your LMS vendor. I once recall a conversation I had with Skillsoft, before they purchased SumTotal. . SumTotal Learn now includes a bundle of courses as part of your purchase. Maybe you purchased it via Open Sesame, or Skillsoft.

Strangely, 95% or higher seems to be a constant score. The score level by manager/coach and viewing process is top rated. SumTotal Learn. Vendor claimed retention rates, customer service success. No one is going to give you numbers lower than 85%, and even that is rare. Unless you have like 10-25 customers. Mind Tickle!

Cornerstone and SumTotal Learn were present and accounted for. Vendors who scored well in my book. Cool UI, UX was solid, but feature wise it was lacking. I heard a lot “that is in our next release” or “that is on our roadmap” . With my analyst hat on – until I see it, words are vapor. High Marks.

The system scores deals because it is well-known, people who see it, IMO necessarily haven’t looked at any system beyond the best known or someone outside the place says get it. Cornerstone Learn – The LMS for CoD has improved, but is it something I would buy? Not really. The admin side is overwhelming. The Low Price Scale Box.

17 2007 - when their satisfaction score is being reported so low. Moodle scores very high in satisfaction, but we need to qualify that result a bit. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. As these systems catch up, this will make the market really hard for Saba and SumTotal. That seems like a disconnect.

A robust system that contains everything from a perfect score in my learning environment functionaliy to administration (also a perfect score) to content curation, video management (with auto detection FPS) to the ability to accept course standards including xAPI and PENS.
