One of my captivate project is not working in an internal server, this project is published in HTML5 version and i have checked the HTML tracker, as such there are no unsupported slides or objects found.

Once this project published in local server and  giving the correct URL to the browser, it keep showing load icon for a long time.

I have published  several other projects, to the internal server without any issues.

Could you please help me with this?

Can be several causes. Could you first test in Captivate with F11, Preview HTML5 in Browser? Is it working then? Are you on CP2019? Can you show the exact version number as mentioned under Help, about Captivate.

Please update to 11.0.1?266.

The problem is with something corrupting HTML5 output in that case. Do you have effects, advanced or shared actions?

There was an unsupported HTML5 tracker but that i have removed already and now no unsupported files are there.I have used only one action where i have given an external link to it that’s it.

Will be a lot of trial and error to find the culprit. Hide slides one at a time, and check to see if it is working until you find the slide with the problem.

Oh that’s great! I have found the culprit slide. But now is there anyway to find the culprit object to that particular slide?

I am wondering, why its not shown under HTML5 tracker?

Thanks Lieve Weymeis !

Can you show the timeline on that slide? Maybe the quickest way is to recreate the slide, unless it means recreating the problem.

Did you take out or replace that effect? Still same problem? Try to recreate the slide from scratch.

No idea. Personally Chrome is my default browser, and I never use IE since years because of its feeble support of HTML5 functionalities.

Is the server supporting JSON mimetype?

I don’t know whether the serve supports JSON mimetype,But what about my other projects, they all are working fine. If it is related to server issue, will work with my system admin team to configure this JSON mimetype.
